Common use of Partner Liability Clause in Contracts

Partner Liability. Tenant acknowledges that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Innovation, a division of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Finance Corporation (“JJI”), a founding sponsor of the Complex, is not financially or otherwise responsible for the obligations of the Landlord, including but not limited to the services provided to Tenant in connection to the operations of the Complex. Accordingly, Tenant disclaims and waives any actions or claims against JJI and its affiliates associated with or arising from Tenant’s sublease from Landlord or its occupancy at the Complex.
