The Partner Feedback clause establishes a process for one party to provide comments, suggestions, or evaluations regarding the products, services, or performance of the other party. Typically, this clause outlines how feedback should be submitted, the timeframe for responses, and any obligations to consider or act upon the feedback received. Its core function is to facilitate open communication and continuous improvement by ensuring that concerns or recommendations are formally addressed within the partnership.
Partner Feedback. If Partner provides PulsePoint Feedback about the Services, PulsePoint may use such information without obligation to Partner, and Partner irrevocably assigns to PulsePoint all right, title, and interest in and to that Feedback.
Partner Feedback. If Partner provides any ideas or feedback regarding the Marketplace or any Marketplace Service, including sug- gestions for changes or enhancements, support requests and error corrections (collectively “Feedback”), Feedback may be used by Siemens without condition or restriction.
