Parties To Join in Enforcement Action. (a) To the extent necessary to enforce any right of the Note Insurer in or remedy of the Note Insurer under any Receivable or related asset, the Indenture Trustee, the Issuer and each COAF Company agree to join in any action initiated by the Indenture Trustee or the Note Insurer for the protection of such right or exercise of such remedy.
