PARTICIPATING STUDENTS. 5.1 A high school student enrolled in a course offered through a CCAP Agreement shall not be assessed any fee that is prohibited by Education Code Section 49011 Pupil fees. See also Sec. 2 (f)(q). The governing board of a community college district participating in a CCAP partnership agreement established pursuant to this article shall exempt special part-time students described in subdivision (p) from the fee requirements in Sections 76060.5 Student representation fee; 76140, 76141 and 00000 Xxxxxxxxxxx tuition and corresponding permissible “capital outlay” fee and/or “processing fee”; 76223 Transcript fees; 76300 Course enrollment fees; 76350 Apprenticeship course fees; and 79121 Child development center fees.
