The Participant Type clause defines the categories or classifications of individuals or entities eligible to take part in an agreement, program, or activity. It typically specifies criteria such as roles, qualifications, or organizational status that determine who may participate, for example distinguishing between employees, contractors, or third-party vendors. This clause ensures clarity about who is covered by the agreement and helps prevent misunderstandings or disputes regarding eligibility or obligations.
Participant Type. Each Participation shall specify the Participant Type of the Participant, in accordance with the list of Participant Types set forth in the Policies and Procedures.27
