Common use of Partial Transfer Clause in Contracts

Partial Transfer. Subject to the restrictions in Section 3 hereof, in the event of the assignment hereof in part only, upon surrender of this Purchase Option to Scheschuk for cancellation, together with the duly executed assignment ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇heschuk shall cause to be delivered to the Holder new Purchase Optio▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇e tenor to this Purchase Option in the names of the Holder and the transferee evidencing the rights of the Holder and the transferee to purchase the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock purchasable hereunder and reflecting the transfer.
