Common use of Partial Tenders Clause in Contracts

Partial Tenders. Tenders of Old Notes will be accepted only in principal amounts equal to $1,000 and integral multiples thereof. If less than the entire principal amount of any Old Notes is tendered, the tendering Holder should fill in the principal amount tendered in the third column of the chart entitled “Description of Old Notes.” The entire principal amount of Old Notes delivered to the Exchange Agent will be deemed to have been tendered unless otherwise indicated.
