Common use of Partial Satisfaction Clause in Contracts

Partial Satisfaction. Borrower agrees not to send Agent payments marked “paid in full,” “without recourse,” or similar language. If Borrower sends such a payment, Agent may accept it without losing any of Agent's and Lenders' rights under the Loan Documents, and Borrower will remain obligated to pay any further amounts owed to the Agent and the Lenders.
