Partial Prepayment of Acquisition Payments and Purchase. From and after 1, 20 , the County is also granted the option to prepay Acquisition Payments on the due date of any Base Payments hereunder for the purpose of having such prepayments credited towards the purchase price of the Project Facilities. The County shall notify the Corporation and the Trustee of its intention to exercise this option, on or before the 45th day preceding the date of such prepayment or such later date as may be acceptable to the Trustee, but in no event later than the 30th day preceding the date of such prepayment, and shall provide funds for such prepayment.
