Partial or Interim Distributions Clause Samples
The Partial or Interim Distributions clause allows for the distribution of assets or funds to beneficiaries or stakeholders before the final settlement of an estate, trust, or similar arrangement. In practice, this means that the responsible party, such as an executor or trustee, can make payments or transfer portions of the assets as they become available, rather than waiting until all administrative tasks are complete. This clause helps provide beneficiaries with earlier access to resources and addresses immediate financial needs, while also reducing delays and administrative burdens associated with waiting for a final distribution.
Partial or Interim Distributions. Nothing in this Guarantee Agreement shall preclude the payment of partial or interim distributions of liquidation proceeds to the Affected Fund’s shareholders, including Designated Shareholders.
