Partial Mandatory Prepayment. Any mandatory partial prepayment of the GIEK Facility Loan and/or the Commercial Facility Loan shall, unless otherwise expressly provided, be applied pro rata to the GIEK Facility Loan and the Commercial Facility Loan, in each case in inverse order of maturity.
