If any term, covenant, condition or provision in of this Agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the remainder of the provisions hereof shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired, or invalidated thereby and the parties agree the remaining provisions shall nevertheless continue be deemed to be in full force without being impaired or invalidated in any wayand effect, as if they had been executed by both parties subsequent to the expungement of the invalid provision(s).
