Partial Day Record Failure. When a partial day’s data is not supplied, AT&T message and minute volumes that are available for that day shall be subtracted from the estimate for a full day’s AT&T volume, which will be calculated as described in Section 15.3.2 below. The estimated partial day’s usage is the difference between the estimated total for such day and the data actually recorded for that day.
