Common use of Partial Damage - Insured Clause in Contracts

Partial Damage - Insured. Subject to the provisions of Paragraphs 9.3 and 9.4, if the Premises are damaged and such damage was caused by a casualty covered under an insurance policy required to be maintained pursuant to Paragraph 8.2, Lessor shall at Lessor's expense repair such damage as soon as reasonably possible and this Lease shall continue in full force and effect but Lessor shall not repair or replace Lessee's fixtures, equipment or tenant improvements.

Partial Damage - Insured. Subject to the provisions of Paragraphs 9.3 and Paragraph 9.4, if the Premises are damaged and such damage was caused by a casualty casually covered under an insurance policy required to be maintained pursuant to Paragraph 8.2, Lessor shall at Lessor's ’s expense repair such damage damages as soon as reasonably reasonable possible and this Lease shall continue in full force and effect but Lessor shall not repair or replace Lessee's fixtures, equipment or tenant improvementseffect.

Subject to the provisions of Paragraphs 9.3 and 9.4Paragraph 8.4 hereof, if the Premises are damaged and such damage was caused by a casualty covered under an insurance policy required to be maintained pursuant to Paragraph 8.27.2 hereof, Lessor shall at Lessor's expense repair such damage as soon as reasonably possible and this Lease shall continue in full force and effect but Lessor shall not repair or replace Lessee's fixtures, equipment or tenant improvementseffect.

Subject to the provisions of Paragraphs 9.3 8.3 and 9.48.4, if the Premises are damaged and such damage was caused by a casualty covered under an insurance policy required to be maintained pursuant to Paragraph 8.27.2 and the proceeds of insurance are sufficient to cover the cost of repair, Lessor shall at Lessor's expense repair such damage as soon as reasonably possible and this Lease shall continue in full force and effect but Lessor shall not repair or replace Lessee's fixtures, equipment or tenant improvements.
