Part Time Conversion to Full Time a. Part Time Team Members who have worked an average of 36 Ordinary Hours per week over the prior 12 months from their anniversary date, will be offered the opportunity to convert to Full Time employment. b. If a Part Time Team Member wishes to convert, they will notify Woolworths. c. Part Time Team Members will not be obliged to convert to Full Time employment if they do not wish to do so.
Part Time Conversion to Full Time. 18.1 From ratification of this Agreement, the Employer will endeavour to maximise full-time employment opportunities and hours of work for team members wherever operationally possible and where this is the preference of team members. However, subject to the terms of the Agreement, the Employer retains the right to determine the size and composition of the workforce. 18.2 When a full time position becomes available, all internal staff will be entitled to apply. The following criteria will be considered for the applicant to be successful: - (a) Length of Service; (b) Employed for a period of at least 12 months (clause 18.4.(1)(a)); (c) Average hours worked over the previous 6 months (clause 18.4(1)(b)); and (d) Employee’s Performance History for the previous 12 months. 18.3 The Employer will undertake the following: (a) review and maximise, where possible, the number of roles converted from part time to full time; (b) Ensure, where possible and where operationally required, that full-time positions will be replaced with full-time positions when a full-time member leaves; and (c) Subject to the terms of this Agreement, and where possible, the direct employment of CSA employees is the preferred method of engagement of staff.
Part Time Conversion to Full Time. (a) This clause commences on the date of operation of this Agreement. (b) A part-time Employee may, at the anniversary of their employment, apply to the Employer to have their employment converted from part-time to full-time in accordance with this clause. (c) A part-time Employee, at their anniversary, will qualify for conversion from part­ time hours to full-time hours where over the course of at least the previous 12 months, their ordinary hours worked meets the definition of a full time Employee. (d) Where a part-time Employee has met the requirements set out in clauses 9.3.3 {b) and (c), a part-time Employee must provide the Employer with four weeks written notice of their application to convert from part-time to full-time hours of work.
