Part Month. In the event a Resource commences or permanently ceases providing Services for Intentia part way through a calendar month, then such Resource will be billed at, and Intentia agrees to pay, a prorated monthly rate for that calendar month based on the number of days the Resource actually performed Services for Intentia in that calendar month.
