Parking Validation. In addition to such parking privileges for use by Tenant’s employees, Landlord shall permit access to the parking areas for Tenant’s visitors, subject to availability of spaces and payment (by validation charges or otherwise) of daily visitor parking charges therefor as may be established and adjusted by Landlord from time to time.

Parking Validation. Tenant may validate visitor parking by such method or methods as Landlord may approve, provided that there shall be no charge for such visitor parking during the initial Term of this Lease. Landlord shall have no liability whatsoever for any damage to vehicles or any other items located in or about the Parking Facilities, and in all events, Tenant agrees to seek recovery from its insurance carrier and to require Tenant’s employees to seek recovery from their respective insurance carriers for payment of any property damage sustained in connection with any use of the Parking Facilities. Landlord reserves the right to assign specific parking spaces, and to reserve parking spaces for visitors, small cars, motorcycles, handicapped persons and for other tenants, guests of tenants or other parties, with assigned and/or reserved spaces. Such reserved spaces may be relocated as determined by Landlord from time to time, and Tenant and persons designated by Tenant hereunder shall not park in any such assigned or reserved parking spaces. Landlord also reserves the right to close all or any portion of the Parking Facilities, at its discretion or if required by casualty, strike, condemnation, repair, alteration, act of God, Laws, or other reason beyond Landlord’s reasonable control; provided, however, except for matters beyond Landlord’s reasonable control, any such closure shall be temporary in nature. If Tenant’s use of any parking space is precluded for any reason, Tenant’s sole remedy for any period during which Tenant’s use of any parking space is precluded shall be abatement of parking charges for such unusable space. Tenant shall not assign its rights under this Agreement except in connection with a Permitted Transfer.
Parking Validation. The Concessionaire may arrange to receive validation privileges from Republic Parking Systems. This accommodation is being provided solely by Republic Parking System, the performance of which is out of the control of, and in no way in conjunction with, the Authority. However, Concessionaire shall only validate parking for purchases of $6.00 or more. Concessionaire shall have sole responsibility for resolving any issues with Republic Parking System and the Authority shall have no responsibility for, or liability with respect to, any failure to perform on the part of Republic Parking System.
Parking Validation. Tenant shall have the right to participate in any parking validation program established by the Executive Board of the Nova Place Condominium and Landlord from time to time regarding the Nova Place Garage. Any charges incurred under such parking validation program shall be deemed additional rent under this Lease and shall be paid to Landlord within thirty (30) days after submission of an invoice to Tenant for such charges.
