Parking Utilization. In light of the current pandemic and challenges in collecting field data, the team will rely on historic aerials, street view and gate counts as well as resources such as Replica’s trip database. Parking utilization will be assessed for peak periods in each of the land use categories of office, residential, mixed use and retail and restaurant. These are intended as counts of “worst-case” scenario parking demand at the respective peaks for each of the land uses. The table below summarizes the general approach.
