Parking Services. Parking will be provided for one (1) automobile owned or leased by the Resident. Rates, if applicable, will be determined by the Resident’s base institution.

Parking Services. All vehicles on the University’s campus must display a parking permit issued by the University of Denver. Permits must be valid for the dates, times, and specific parking lot where the vehicle is parked. • The User is responsible for discussing all parking needs with the University prior to the Event to avoid parking violations. This includes, but is not limited to, special parking requests for trucks, vans, limousines or other large vehicles that may not meet the clearance limits in certain parking lots. • Overnight guests of the Event may purchase parking permits at the residence hall front desk at a rate of $10.00 daily, $35.00 weekly, $45.00 biweekly, or $55.00 monthly. • Parking permits for commuter guests must be pre-ordered.
Parking Services a) Hours of work shall be scheduled so that continuing full-time employees :
Parking Services. The Contractor shall provide, render and ensure Parking Services as assigned by the Authority on round-the-clock basis, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week including Sundays and holidays. The Contractor shall be required to perform all necessary security services and duties as outlined in this Scope of Work and Terms of Reference. Unless directed by Authority the requirements of this shall continue uninterrupted despite strikes, threats of strikes or walkouts, terrorist activities, emergencies, and adverse weather conditions or disasters (natural, deliberate, or accidental).
Parking Services. Estoppel certificate executed by Hospitality Parking, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (the “Hospitality”) under Parking Services Agreement dated November 1, 2018 between Hospitality and Seller (the “Parking Services Agreement”) in the form of the estoppel certificate of Exhibit M attached hereto (the “Hospitality Estoppel”). If Seller receives an executed Hospitality Estoppel or a proposed Hospitality Estoppel from Hospitality that varies materially from the prescribed form, then Seller will submit the proposed Hospitality Estoppel to Purchaser for its review and approval. Purchaser will respond to Seller in writing within three (3) business days of the date Seller submits a proposed Hospitality Estoppel to Purchaser for review and approval of whether Purchaser approves the Hospitality Estoppel and the specific reasons for withholding approval if approval is not granted. If Purchaser fails to respond within such three (3) day period, then Purchaser will be deemed to have approved the Hospitality Estoppel. If Seller is unable, for any reason, to deliver to Purchaser the Hospitality Estoppel that is either in material compliance with applicable prescribed form or is approved or deemed approved by Purchaser in accordance with this Section 6.07 on or before the date that is ten (10) days before the Closing Date, then Seller, at Seller’s option, may provide an estoppel certificate signed by Seller to satisfy the Hospitality Estoppel requirement (referred to as “Seller Hospitality Estoppel”). Otherwise, if Seller has not satisfied the Hospitality Estoppel Requirement on that date that is ten (10) days before the Closing Date, then Purchaser, as Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy, shall have the right to either: (i) terminate this Agreement, in which event the Xxxxxxx Money shall be paid to Purchaser and thereafter neither Party shall have any further rights, remedies or obligations under this Agreement except obligations and rights that expressly survive any termination of this Agreement; or (ii) waive the requirement for the Hospitality Estoppel. Purchaser must exercise option (i) or option (ii) of the immediately preceding sentence by written notice to Seller on or before the date that is three (3) business days before the Closing Date. If Purchaser fails to exercise such option on or before the date that is three (3) business days before the Closing Date, then Purchaser will be deemed to have exercised option (ii) set forth above. {N4542684.1} 31
Parking Services a) Hours of work shall be scheduled so that continuing full-time employees : Work eight (8) hours per day within a period of eight and one-half consecutive hours, exclusive of a one-half hour lunch period without pay. Work forty (40) hours and (5) consecutive days per week, from Monday to Friday inclusively. Obtain days of rest which are consecutive and not less than two (2). The standard shift schedule shall be such that the : day shift starts between and afternoon shift starts between and night shift starts at or and ends eight and one-half (8%)hours later. The Employer shall set up a master work schedule for continuing full-time employees for a minimum twenty-eight (28) day period, posted fourteen (14) days in advance, which will cover the normal requirements of the operation for continuing full-time employees. A work schedule for part-time employees will be posted by on the Thursday preceding a new work week. Continuing full-time employees who are required to change their scheduled shift without receiving at least seven (7) days' notice in advance of the starting time of such change in their scheduled shift, shall be paid for the first shift worked on the revised schedule at the rate of time and one-half (1%). Subsequent shifts worked on the revised schedule shall be paid for at straight-time, subject to the overtime provisions of this Agreement.

Subject to below, if an employee must cancel scheduled shift and is unable to exchange shifts as per above, the following procedure will apply: On the basis of seniority and training: Those employees who would be paid at straight time shall be offered the opportunity to work; Those employees who would receive partial straight time and overtime; Those employees who would be paid overtime providing: full-time employees shall be offered the opportunity first, then part-time employees if the work is to replace a full-time employee. if the work is to replace a part-time employee, all other part-time employees will be offered the opportunity first then full-time employees.
