Citations for Violations. The System shall host citizen and other complaints regarding alleged zoning, land use, permit application, and related violations. Pending citations to court or to an administrative body, and notations regarding their final resolutions, shall be made available on the public portal of the System. Complaints alleging violations shall not be made available on the public portal of the System. The Parties acknowledge that the Tennessee Public Records Act governs disclosure of public records, and that they must comply with the Act.
