Common use of Parking Procedures Clause in Contracts

Parking Procedures. Landlord shall have no obligation to monitor the use of the Project parking facility, nor shall Landlord be responsible for any loss or damage to any vehicle or other property or for any injury to any person. Tenant shall comply with all uniform rules and regulations which may be adopted by Landlord from time to time with respect to parking and/or the Project parking facility and provided to Tenant. Tenant shall not at any time use more parking spaces than the number so allocated (if any) to Tenant or park its vehicles or the vehicles of others in any portion of the Project not designated by Landlord for Tenant's parking. All trucks (other than pick-up trucks) and delivery vehicles shall be (i) parked at the loading dock of the Building, (ii) loaded and unloaded in a manner which does not interfere with the businesses of other occupants of the Building, and (iii) permitted to remain on the Project only so long as is reasonably necessary to complete loading and unloading. In the event Landlord elects in its sole and absolute discretion, or is required by any law, to limit or control parking in the Building, whether by validation of parking tickets or any other method of assessment, Tenant agrees to participate in such validation or assessment program under such reasonable rules and regulations as are, from time to time, established by Landlord.
