Common use of Parking Areas Clause in Contracts

Parking Areas. (A) Landlord shall provide free, on-site surface parking for the use in common of all tenants in the Building at the rate of approximately THREE AND ONE-HALF (3.50) parking spaces per 1,000 square feet of rentable area in the Building. Landlord, at Tenant's request, shall provide up to twelve (12) reserved spaces at the main entrance to the Demised Premises for Tenant's visitors and designees.

Landlord, at Tenant's requestits sole cost and expense, shall provide agrees to designate up to twelve five (125) reserved parking spaces at from Tenant’s allotment as “Reserved” for the main entrance to the Demised Premises benefit of Tenant and/or its guests and invitees. However, Landlord shall not be responsible for Tenant's visitors ensuring that those spaces are used exclusively by Tenant and/or its guests and designeesinvitees.

However, Landlord shall not be responsible for ensuring that those spaces are used exclusively by Tenant.
