The Park Regulations clause establishes the rules and standards that must be followed within a designated park area. Park Regulations. The use of the License Area shall be subject to the applicable Park Rules and Regulations as the same may from time to time be adopted by the Board of Park Commissioners of the Cleveland Metropolitan Park District. Park Regulations. A. The natural areas of the park including woodland walking trails, picnic shelters, small and large gazebos, are open to the public during park hours. Shelter facilities are not available to the general public when the shelter has been reserved and paid for in advance by a group.
B. Park hours are as follows:
Park Regulations i. The Hirer and its guests must comply with all relevant laws including the Sydney Harbour Federation Trust Act 2001 and Sydney Harbour Federation Trust Regulations 2021.
ii. Groups are to follow any instruction from Harbour Trust rangers or security.
iii. At the discretion of the Harbour Trust, In the event of antisocial behavior groups may be asked to leave the Island.
iv. Intoxicated people may be refused onto public transport, if a water taxi is arranged this is at the cost of the individual or hirer.
v. All furniture must be returned to its original position prior to the hiring of the area.

b. Park hours are as follows: Pool hours are subject to change due to inclement weather!
c. Vehicle parking is permitted in the designated parking areas only.
d. Motorized vehicles, roller blades, skateboards, and bicycles are not permitted on the trails, the natural areas of the park, or in any of the shelter areas.
e. Public use or display of alcoholic beverages is prohibited in the park and punishable by law enforcement. (Violators will be charged and/or arrested) Virginia Law prohibits open public consumption of alcohol unless granted by permit. Immediate dismissal of individuals and/or groups will also occur.
f. Hunting is prohibited. (Violators will be arrested) Bearing firearms requires proper permit.
g. Disorderly conduct is not permitted in the park.
h. Children under 12 years are not permitted in the park without adult supervision.
i. All pets must be on a leash.
j. Persons using the park trails and other park facilities do so at their own risk. Pulaski County is not liable for personal injuries that occur in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇.
k. Absolutely no trespassing on adjacent private land.
l. No littering. Please help keep the park clean by placing trash in receptacles.
Park Regulations. It acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions of the internal regulations of the Upsite Tijuana Park 1 (the “Park Regulations”) and declares that it will comply with such regulations during the Term and the Extension(s) (as such terms are defined below).
