Common use of Pari Passu Obligations Clause in Contracts

Pari Passu Obligations. This Agreement and the other Loan Documents and the obligations evidenced hereby and thereby are and will at all times be direct and unconditional general obligations of the Borrower, and rank and will at all times rank in right of payment and otherwise at least pari passu with all unsecured Debt of the Borrower, whether now existing or hereafter outstanding, subject to statutory priority and the effect of bankruptcy and insolvency law.

Pari Passu Obligations. This Agreement and the other Loan Documents and the obligations evidenced hereby and thereby are and will at all times be direct and unconditional general obligations of the Borrower, and rank and will at all times rank in right of payment and otherwise at least pari passu with all unsecured Debt Indebtedness of the Borrower, whether now existing or hereafter outstanding, subject to statutory priority and the effect of bankruptcy and insolvency lawinsolvency.
