Parental Commitment Clause Samples
The Parental Commitment clause establishes the obligations and responsibilities that a parent or guardian undertakes on behalf of a minor, typically in the context of agreements involving children. This clause may require the parent to ensure the child's compliance with the terms, accept liability for the child's actions, or provide necessary consents for participation in activities or services. Its core practical function is to ensure that legal and contractual responsibilities are clearly assigned to an adult, thereby protecting the interests of the other party and addressing the legal incapacity of minors to enter into binding agreements.
