Parent Material Contracts. Section 3.7 of the Parent Disclosure Schedule lists each of the following Contracts of the Parent that contain ongoing obligations (such Contracts, together with all Parent IP Agreements, being “Parent Material Contracts”), to the extent such Contracts have not already been disclosed in the Parent Reports:
