Common use of Parent Indenture Clause in Contracts

Parent Indenture. The Company shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, use commercially reasonable efforts to effect any modifications (to become effective as of the Effective Time) to any agreements or organizational or other documents of the Company or its Subsidiaries necessary for Parent and its Subsidiaries to comply, in such manner as is determined by Parent, with the covenants in the outstanding indentures or credit agreements of Parent and its Subsidiaries in connection with the implementation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
