Common use of Parent Approval Clause in Contracts

Parent Approval. The Company shall keep Parent reasonably informed as to the status of the transactions contemplated in Schedules 4.01(a), 4.01(g) and 4.01(l) of the Disclosure Schedule and shall not enter into any additional agreements with respect to such transactions without the prior approval of Parent, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
