Parent Actions. At or prior to the Effective Time, Parent shall take all such actions as may be necessary to allow for the issuance of a number of Parent Class A Ordinary Shares at least equal to the number of Parent Class A Ordinary Shares that will be subject to Parent equity awards as a result of the actions contemplated by this Section 2.6.
