Parent Access. CONTRACTOR shall provide for reasonable parental access to LEA students and all facilities including, but not limited to, the instructional setting, recreational activity areas, meeting rooms and student living quarters. CONTRACTOR shall comply with any known court orders regarding parental visits and access to LEA students. CONTRACTORs CONTRACTORS operating programs associated with residential components a NPS/RTC shall cooperate with a parent’s reasonable request for LEA student therapeutic visits in their home during, but not limited to, holidays and weekendsor at the NPS/RTC.
