Pardon Sample Clauses

The Pardon clause grants an individual or entity relief from legal penalties or consequences for certain actions or offenses. In practice, this clause may be invoked to forgive violations of law, contractual breaches, or other specified misconduct, effectively nullifying any associated punishments or liabilities. Its core function is to provide a mechanism for mercy or leniency, often to correct injustices, promote rehabilitation, or address extenuating circumstances that warrant forgiveness.
