An appurtenant easement for utilities as disclosed by that certain document entitled “Final Order of Condemnation” recorded February 26, 2003 as instrument No. 2003-090215 of Official Records, together with any amendment or modification recorded therewith. Easements created in reference to Parcel One, above, in the deed from Pittsburg Partners, LLC, recorded December 10, 2004 in Official Records, under Recorder’s Series No. 2004- 474318, for 1) “10-foot wide water line easement”, 2) “10-foot wide sanitary sewer easement”, and 3) “ingress and egress easement”, over those portions of Parcel 1, Map of Subdivision 8587, filed November 14, 2002, Map Book 449, Page 13, Contra Costa County Records, more particularly described in said deed (2004-474318).
