Moreover, the proposed Kayak launch/pier will provide access to the waterway opening up new avenues for recreational programming focused on water sports like kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding, tubing, and fishing, as well as opportunities for environmental education. This emphasis on outdoor programming aligns with the goals outlined in that certain Donation Agreement, effective , 2024 (the “Donation Agreement”), by Kingsport Parks and between Donor and DoneeRecreation Master Plan.
