Common use of Paramedic Pay Clause in Contracts

Paramedic Pay. a. Effective January 1, 2000, employees assigned full time to perform duties of a paramedic who meet or exceed performance standards in all critical tasks on their annual appraisal shall receive $50.00 per month. Employees who maintain their paramedic rating that are not required to do so by the Department or, are assigned to a position that does not require the use of their paramedic skills do not qualify for the incentive pay.
