Parallel Testing Period Sample Clauses

The Parallel Testing Period clause establishes a defined timeframe during which two systems, processes, or solutions operate simultaneously to verify that a new implementation functions correctly alongside the existing one. During this period, both the legacy and new systems are run in parallel, allowing for comparison of outputs, identification of discrepancies, and troubleshooting of issues before fully transitioning to the new system. This clause is essential for minimizing operational risk and ensuring a smooth transition by providing a safety net to catch errors before the old system is decommissioned.
