Parallel Operation. Customer-Generator shall, pursuant and subject to the published rates and the Interconnection Agreement between Customer-Generator and Utility, deliver into the Utility’s electric system all energy generated by the Generating Facility in excess of Customer-Generator’s electrical requirements. The Customer-Generator assumes all liability and agrees that the Utility has no liability for damage to the Generating Facility or other Customer or third party owned property on its side of the point of common connection.
