Paragraph S. (A) Subject to Paragraph 5(B), Landlord shall cause all necessary repairs to be made to the exterior doors, windows, corridors and other common areas of the Building and the Project and Landlord shall cause the Building and the Project to be kept in a safe, clean and neat condition and shall use reasonable efforts to keep all equipment used in common with other tenants (such as elevators, plumbing, heating, air conditioning and similar equipment) in good condition and repair.
