Paragraph References. The brief, captioned, paragraph-identification references are for the purpose of convenience only and shall be completely disregarded in construing this Agreement.
Paragraph References. Except as otherwise specifically provided, each reference in this By-Law to a “paragraph” is a reference to the specified paragraph in an Article of the main body of this By-Law.
Paragraph References. Any reference to a particular “paragraph”, “subparagraph”, “clause” or other subdivision is to the particular paragraph, subparagraph, clause or other subdivision of this Agreement; any reference to a particular “paragraph” includes all subparagraph thereunder; and any reference to a Schedule by number will mean the appropriate Schedule attached to this Agreement and by such reference the appropriate Schedule is incorporated into and made part of this Agreement.
Paragraph References. A reference to a “paragraph” of this Agreement includes both the numbered paragraph, as well the subparagraphs, if any, that are part of such paragraph. Subparagraphs are designated by lower case letters (e.g., “(a)”, “(b)”, “(c)”).
