Paragraph Headings, etc. The paragraph headings in this Agreement have been inserted for convenience and reference only and shall be ignored in any construction of the provisions hereof. Unless the context expressly or impliedly requires or indicates a contrary meaning, whenever used in this Agreement a pronoun in any gender shall include the remaining genders; the singular shall include the plural and the plural the singular; the word many shall mean one or more or all; and the conjunction "or" shall include both the conjunctive and disjunctive.
