Paragon Facility Sample Clauses

This clause outlines the scope of the facility, including the maximum borrowing amount, permitted uses of funds, repayment schedule, and any applicable interest rates or fees. For example, it may specify that the borrower can draw funds up to a certain limit for working capital or project financing, subject to compliance with agreed covenants. The core function of this clause is to clearly set out the operational framework and obligations for both lender and borrower, thereby reducing ambiguity and managing financial risk.
