Paper’s Obligations. Paper agrees to reasonably cooperate with District in its provision of the Services, including, but not limited to, fulfilling the following obligations under the present Agreement: A. Access to the Platform Upon commencement of the Initial Term, Paper will promptly create accounts for District's Users to enable their Platform access, utilizing the rostering data provided by the District hereunder, and in the manner further described in this Agreement. B. Professional Development/Platform Training Paper will provide reasonable and appropriate training on use of the Platform to District's teacher and administrator Users (e.g., training and workshops). Unless otherwise set out in the Order Form, training services shall be provided remotely by Paper and without additional charge to District. C. Service Level Commitment The Platform will be available on a 24/7 basis, 95% of the time calculated on a monthly basis (subject to any required emergency maintenance); however, District acknowledges that Educators qualified to interact with students on all course topics and in all languages for Live Help and Review Centre services may not be available at all service times.
