Requesting Paper Copies We will not send you a paper copy of any communication from us, unless you request it or we otherwise deem it appropriate to do so. You can obtain a paper copy of an electronic communication by printing it yourself or by requesting that we mail you a paper copy, provided that such request is made no later than two years after we first provided the electronic communication to you. To request a paper copy, contact us by telephone at ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇, or stop by your local branch. We may charge you a reasonable service charge for the delivery of paper copies of any communication provided to you electronically pursuant to your authorization. We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to provide a paper (instead of electronic) copy of any communication that you have authorized us to provide electronically.
WASHINGTON’S ELECTRONIC BUSINESS SOLUTION (WEBS). Contractor represents and warrants that Contractor is registered in Washington’s Electronic Business Solution (WEBS), Washington’s contract registration system and that, all of Contractor’s information therein is current and accurate and that throughout the term of this Contract, Contractor shall maintain an accurate profile in WEBS.
Paper Destruction DST shall shred all paper waste containing Fund Data and dispose in a secure and confidential manner making it unrecoverable.
Vending Machines Seller shall remove all monies from all vending machines, laundry machines, pay telephones and other coin-operated equipment as of the Cut-Off Time and shall retain all monies collected therefrom as of the Cut-Off Time, and Purchaser shall be entitled to any monies collected therefrom after the Cut-Off Time.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) The recipient/cooperator shall designate a financial institution or an authorized payment agent through which a federal payment may be made in accordance with US Treasury Regulations, Money and Finance at ▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, which requires that federal payments are to be made by EFT to the maximum extent possible. A waiver may be requested and payments received by check by certifying in writing that one of the following situations apply: 1. The payment recipient does not have an account at a financial institution. 2. EFT creates a financial hardship because direct deposit will cost the payment recipient more than receiving a check. 3. The payment recipient has a physical or mental disability, or a geographic, language, or literacy barrier. In order to receive EFT payments the recipient/cooperator shall register in the System for Award Management (▇▇▇).
