Paper Machine. ATC shall utilize Boise Cascade-supplied softwood for at least 60% of its wood pulp requirements. Wood pulp includes recycled pulp. ATC's minimum volume obligations in the Agreement are amended as set forth below, beginning in the later of (i) December 31, 2002, or (ii) completion of the start-up curve; provided, however, that if the Tissue Machine is not producing at design capacity (which is estimated to be 75,000 tons per year) within six months following substantial completion of the machine upgrade, ATC's minimum volume obligations set forth below shall be reduced pro rata with the current Agreement requirements until such design capacity threshold is achieved, but in no case shall ATC purchase wood pulp (other than recycle and grade-specific needs) from sources other than Boise Cascade beginning February 1,1999, and ending on the later of December 31, 2002, and completion of the start-up curve. Paper Machine. 8.1. VCP acknowledges that IP gave the Paper Machine Notice on October 30, 2006, within the timeframe set forth in Section 2.04(a) of the Agreement, and as a result thereof, the area where the IP Paper Machine (and the Option Paper Machine, if applicable) shall be constructed by IP, described in Schedule 8.1 hereto attached, which revises and replaces Schedule 2.04(c) of the Agreement, was transferred to IP and, with respect to the access roads, it was established an easement (servidão de passagem), with the consent of VCP.
Paper Machine. When an employee, whether a roll handling utility or a laborer, is trained and qualified to perform at least two out of three machine assistant (operating pool) job functions, on the #5 Paper Machine, and is assigned as one of the three person crew on that machine, the employee will be paid at the machine assistant rate. The employer is not obligated to train a laborer in additional functions of the machine assistant, except that if a laborer has not been previously qualified in at least two out of the three machine assistant functions, once that laborer has been assigned as part”of the three person machine assistant crew for 450 total hours, than that laborer will be trained in other #5 machine assistant tasks, as long as that laborer continues to be assigned as a machine assistant. There is no obligation by the .employer to work a laborer 450 hour!,. Hours worked by laborers, as a machine assistant, prior to the date of this agreement will not count toward the 450-hour threshold, except as mutually agreed by the parties. This settlement will be in full resolution to Grievance #01-18.

  • Paper Record Search If the Reporting Financial Institution’s electronically searchable databases include fields for and capture all of the information described in subparagraph D.3. of this section, then no further paper record search is required.   • Electronic Delivery The Company may, in its sole discretion, decide to deliver any documents related to the Award or other awards granted to the Participant under the Plan by electronic means. The Participant hereby consents to receive such documents by electronic delivery and agrees to participate in the Plan through an on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or a third party designated by the Company.

  • Vending Machines Seller shall remove all monies from all vending machines, laundry machines, pay telephones and other coin-operated equipment as of the Cut-Off Time and shall retain all monies collected therefrom as of the Cut-Off Time, and Purchaser shall be entitled to any monies collected therefrom after the Cut-Off Time.
