Paper Audit. Upon Leidos’ request, Supplier will make available to Leidos, or a third- party auditor as directed by Leidos, reasonable documentation demonstrating Supplier’s compliance with its obligations under this DPE. Any third-party auditor designated by Leidos shall not be a competitor of Supplier.
