Pair Blocking. Beginning no later than thirty days after the Joint Announcement Date, Lyft shall not block future trip pairing between Riders and Drivers as a result of a Rider submitting a Service Animal Complaint to Lyft. However, Lyft may block future trip pairing between a specific Driver and Rider if a Rider expressly requests that result.
