Common use of Page Size Clause in Contracts

Page Size. For Volume 1, Factor 1, the offeror shall use 11” x 17” size pages. Pages shall be typewritten except for the reproduced sections of the solicitation document. For the remainder of the proposal, the offeror shall use 8.5” x 11” size pages. The font size shall be no less than 10 point. A smaller type may be used on footnotes, charts, graphs, figures, diagrams, and schematics to accommodate a “make to fit” software capability; however, all text shall be legible and easily read. Margins on all four edges of each sheet will be at least one-half (0.5) inch. Proprietary statements, security markings, and page numbers can fall within the defined margin area. Pages shall be numbered sequentially by volume.
