Pact Duration. 9.1 This Integrity Pact shall be operative from the date this Integrity Pact is signed by both the parties till the final completion of contract for successful Bidder, and for all other Bidders 6 months after the Contract has been awarded. Any violation of the same would entail disqualification of the bidders and exclusion from future business dealings.
