PACKAGINGS. Combination packagings” constiting of the following components are authorized : 1. Rigid inner packaging, functionning as primary packaging: 1H2 plastic drums, that meets the relevant requirements of 4.1.1 and 4.1.3 and that is tested and certified at a minimum to the packing group II of performance level for liquids or solids, as appropriate. (a) For packagings tested for solids, sufficient jellyfing agent or adequate inert absorbent material approprié shall be added in the primary inner packaging, to eliminate the presence of any free liquid. (b) The primary packaging shall be closed in accordance with the information provided by the manufacturer. (c) After the primary inner packaging has been sealed, the exterior surface of this inner packaging shall be treated with an suitable disinfectant for the virus. The primary and secondary packaging shall not be negatively affected or structurally weakenedby the disinfectant.
PACKAGINGS. The packaging of the goods ordered is included in the offer unless specified otherwise. Any returns shall be authorised in advance in writing by the Vendor within 15 days from the date of delivery. The Vendor reserves the right to accept or refuse a request for a return. Any returns received without prior written authorisation will be sent back at the Purchaser's expense. Any returns shall be sent in their original packaging. The guarantee for capital goods is valid for 12 months, starting from the date of the delivery Transport Documents. The goods guarantee covers manufacturing defects. Consumables, glassware and any other part subject to wear and tear are excluded. The guarantee is no longer valid in the event of incorrect use, tampering, use by personnel unauthorised by Steroglass, or damage caused by natural events.

  • Packaging Tangible product shall be securely and properly packed for shipment, storage, and stocking in appropriate, clearly labeled, shipping containers and according to accepted commercial practice, without extra charge for packing materials, cases, or other types of containers. All containers and packaging shall become and remain Customer’s property.

  • Packaging and Labeling Seller shall properly ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇, and ship Goods and provide Buyer with shipment documentation showing the Order number, Seller’s identification number for the subject Goods, the quantity of goods in shipment and the number of cartons or containers in the shipment.

  • Packaging and Shipping All shipping containers shall be packed and packaged to: (i) ensure safe arrival to final destination; (ii) secure the lowest transportation costs;(iii) comply with requirements of common carriers; (iv) meet Buyer's written instructions; and (v) meet the requirements of all applicable laws, ordinances, rules and regulations.

  • Shipping Axon may make partial shipments and ship Axon Devices from multiple locations. All shipments are FOB shipping point via common carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to Agency upon Axon’s delivery to the common carrier. Agency is responsible for any shipping charges in the Quote.

  • Packing 3.9.1 The tenderer shall provide such packing of the Goods as is required to prevent their damage or deterioration during transit to their final destination, as indicated in the Contract. 3.9.2 The packing, marking, and documentation within and outside the packages shall comply strictly with such special requirements as shall be expressly provided for in the Contract
