Common use of Packaging Specifications Clause in Contracts

Packaging Specifications. “Packaging Specifications” means the specifications for packaging Freedom MECs, as may be agreed from time to time by COLOPLAST and RMC in accordance with this Agreement. The current Packaging Specifications are set forth in Schedule 3 to this Agreement, and are the basis for the Transfer Price.
