Packaging Component Vendors Clause Samples

The "Packaging Component Vendors" clause defines the requirements and standards for third-party suppliers who provide packaging materials or components used in a product. It typically outlines the criteria vendors must meet, such as quality certifications, compliance with regulatory standards, and approval processes before their components can be used. This clause ensures that all packaging components sourced from external vendors meet the necessary quality and safety standards, thereby reducing the risk of product defects or regulatory non-compliance.
