Common use of Package Release Clause in Contracts

Package Release. As a courtesy, Landlord will accept, sign for and store packages for Tenants when delivered to the Dinnaken Reception Desk at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ by commercial delivery services (UPS, FED EX, AMAZON, etc.). Tenants hereby release Landlord from all liability for accepting and storing these items, including but not limited to loss, theft, damage, and/or lack of support for perishables.
